Our Forestry Mulching Mower is designed to de-forest an area and return the debris back to the environment. The Rage cuts trees up to 14” in diameter and mulches trees up to 6”. If you need a powerful, reliable mulching mower in your arsenal, you need the Forestry Mulching Mower.
Open front end to easily feed material to the disc
Top of deck is made from GR100 steel for maximum stiffness
The floating front deflector floats on a pivoted joint so it can flip upward when it encounters obstacles such as brush and small trees
The Deflector can also be pinned up and out of the way for storage
Exclusively shaped push bar stops unwanted trees from hanging on the deck after cutting
Curved shroud at rear of disc creates a smooth, consistent mulching chamber that increases mulching efficiency
The tooth holders are heat treated
Exclusive rasp bars under the deck
Tool for removing and installing the bullet teeth is stored under the rear cover
Superior 4” diameter bearing carrier shaft
Disc thickness is 1.5" (consisting of one 3⁄4” plate and two 3/8” plates)
Disc mass is 1,045 lb. including teeth
Bolting flange uses 12, grade 9 bolts on a large bolt circle to spread stresses over a larger area
Top and perimeter tooth holders are bolted to the disc so they can be replaced easily
