See repair notes below • Update ECM flash files • Cut open all filters & inspect for contaminates - all clean • Service emissions system as needed • DEF injector & DEF pump filter replaced • Inspect magnetic plugs/screens & suction screens - all clean • Replaced all machine component breathers • Service machine as required • Check oil levels • Inspect oils for discoloration- all good • Full service on machine including engine, hyd, trans & final drive oils • Check for logged & active codes & repair • Check for applicable service letters Based on inspection, CAT mechanic completed the following repairs: • Due to pressure & calibration issues found during inspection, • Installed NEW modulating valve • REBUILT & updated torque & lock-up clutch as per service letter • Replaced lines & hoses as required • Replaced engine thermostat • Installed NEW water pump assembly • Installed NEW rad cap • Installed NEW serpentine belt • Installed NEW fuel lift pump • Installed NEW CEM harness • Removed track frames & equalizer bar • Installed NEW bearings, seals & pins • Installed NEW machine frame bearings • Installed NEW wear strips on track frames • Installed NEW carrier rollers • Installed NEW sprocket segments • Installed NEW CAT track groups • Installed NEW C-frame bearings on machine side • Installed NEW washer fluid pumps • Installed NEW back-up alarm • Serviced batteries & connections • Installed NEW battery junction blocks • Installed NEW a/c compressor & dryer Marcel Equipment completed the following repairs: • Installed NEW condenser fan • Resealed all cylinders • Installed NEW bearings & pins on cylinders • Installed NEW bearings & pins on blade • Linebored blade pin bores where needed • Complete misc cab repairs • Serviced & cleaned HVAC system • Ensured all grease points take grease Machine is ready to go to work.
