Nice Summit body Kenworth service truck with a 350HP PX8 that is optioned out nicely and is ready to work. With the Summit 10000LB 29' crane, Vanair RC40 hydraulic air compressor, Granite tool drawer packs, Granite bolt bins and 11' Summit body this truck is spec'd out nicely to get right to making money. This truck has been gone through, checked over, serviced up and is ready to work. The Paccar PX-8 8.3L 350HP engine starts up and sounds great. The truck has an Allison 3000RDS automatic transmission that shifts properly and as it should. It has a 11' Summit steel utility body and is equipped with a Summit 10629 series 10000lb 29' hydraulic crane. The crane is in great working condition and functions 100%. The crane is powered by a hydraulic PTO. The crane has a factory Summit proportional wireless remote which works as it should. It has two hydraulic outriggers and the curb side has a manual extension. This truck is in overall good condition and shows very well! The bed shows well with no major rust present. The body is original and it was nice when it came in, we just touched up the rear work station/bumper. All utility doors open/close/latch/lock as they should and show well. The Vanair RC40 hydraulic air compressor operates correctly and builds air as it should. There is Granite tool drawers in the D2 & D3 compartments, Granite bolt bins in the P3 compartment. The frame/underside of this truck is in good condition with light surface rust present. The interior is in good condition and shows average wear for the mileage. The seats show minor wear but overall in good condition. The truck has good tires all the way around. All emissions are in tact and functioning correctly. The list he goes down is derived from a DOT inspection (which we have added onto over the years as the DOT doesn't cover everything). The inspector will then take the truck on a 15-20 minute test drive to note any deficiencies found in a test drive (as if they were the customer). From there he writes all notes and areas of concern down and it then goes into our mechanical shop. Our mechanical shop spends as much time as they need to make the correct and necessary repairs to the truck. This can take days, weeks, or even months depending on parts availability.
