International IH 175 Series B Crawler Track Loader / 175B Loader. In very good operating condition with U.S. shipping available from western NC here. *Runs great. This IH 175B has a great story behind it and we will get a picture of the hour meter soon. It has only around 300 original hours. This was bought new by a large commercial Connecticut flower farm and they used it for several years scraping the dirt and topsoil off their vast commercial flower beds. Then the owner passed away and it sat for an estimated 30 some years before it was bought by a mechanic has a non-running project prior to 2016. When he had spare time over the course of 2 years he rebuilt the engine which had issues from sitting so long. We have some or a lot of those receipts. He also cleaned out the gas tank several times to get it back like new. The current owner, our customer we are helping sell this for, is retired and in his '80s. He bought it for his NC operation with 150 some hours on it prior to 2019. He did visit with this mechanic who rebuilt the engine and upon his inspection and operation of it with his many years of heavy equipment operation he was very happy to acquire it. Now the 175B is being sold along with some other equipment that was all very well taken care of by the owner including a John Deere 350C Dozer we are listing that's located at our TN location just south of Nashville.
