To have complete understanding of the overall condition and functionality of the unit, you are responsible for an inspection! All sales are final! Items must be removed within 14 days of conclusion of the auction. $25 daily storage fee will be assessed for each additional day! No equipment can be picked up until payment is received and verified. We do not accept credit card payments. Payments need to be received and paid in full within 48 hours from the completion of the auction. An invoice will be sent to your e-mail address registered with Auction Time after the sale concludes. All titled vehicles will have a $250 doc fee that includes the wire transfer fee and 30 day drive out permit. The title will be mailed within 15 days after the auction is completed and payment is finalized. Non titled items will be subject to a $100 doc fee. All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”, Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the item. We HIGHLY recommend getting vehicles inspected BEFORE the auction ends! Make sure you contact us to do any inspections! Any inspections MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ITEM SELLING - ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
