Description
1981 Caterpillar 950 Wheel Loader
Serial Number: 73J11434
The 1981 Caterpillar 950 is a classic heavy-duty wheel loader built for material handling, loading, and general farm or construction work. This is a locally owned machine that remains very solid for its age, making it a great example of the rugged construction Caterpillar equipment from this era is known for.
Because specifications on early 73J-series 950 loaders vary by bucket and configuration, lift figures should be considered approximate. This machine offers a rated operating capacity of approximately 10,000 lb., a maximum lift/tipping capacity of approximately 20,000 lb., and a maximum lift height of approximately 12 ft. at the bucket hinge pin.
