1 owner machine since new. Originally purchased from Case Power and Equipment here in Omaha (after it became CMI Equipment Company at 9401 J Street). Comes with the original parts book and a snow bit. This is a low hour rig at 3100 total/actual hours and is in good overall condition. Tires are fair, has some rust, fenders are rusty, some rust around the cab, please see photos. Changed the gear oil this month in the differentials. It’s a wet brake system. I’ve spent $425.00 to have new o-rings installed for the right side tires. Installed a new serpentine belt. The A/C would probably work if recharged. It always starts with just one revolution of the engine. It’s a very good running machine. Has auxiliary hydraulic hookups for attachments. The cab glass and mirrors are complete with zero damage. Has good batteries. The machine has always been kept greased but 1 bottom bucket pin is difficult. The hydraulics are quiet and there’s always oil in the sight glass. The cylinder rams have perfect chrome with no scratches, scoring or damage of any kind. Transmission works fine but have not used the higher “road gears” in a while. All the fluids are up where they belong. The brakes work including parking brake. Has a multi position seat for comfort and adjustable tilt steering wheel. The bucket has good teeth and the original bit showing virtually no wear. Has keys to lock the cab and engine doors. It’s a tight, solid machine with good sheet metal.
